It was 80 years ago that Victory in Europe parties were held up and down the nation, marking an end to WWII in Europe. We celebrated in style at the Assynt Centre on Thursday with breakfast rolls in the morning, a traditional roast lunch followed by afternoon activities including some delicious home-baked cakes!
